When a diva celebrates 60, it’s all about class, style and flair!  This super chic Stripes & Roses Celebration was all of that and a scoop of popcorn! 

Nibble: The Hampton Popcorn Company striped tins  were a perfect pair with these super cute Black & White Striped mini treat bags via The Party Fairy! 

BYOB in style: Guest enjoyed a beverage station 

with  custom monogrammed cups and whimsical straws! 

soirée: SIMPLE CHIC

 

I'd never styled an event for a restaurant space before but of course I jumped at the opportunity to design this SIMPLE CHIC dinner at a popular local BBQ restaurant.

The occasion was in honor of a special ladies 63rd bornday celebration and I knew I had to come up with something special.

The dinner was held in a private room and because it was a family and friends gathering we went for a long banquet table setup. The table was adorned with a crisp white butcher paper table runner. 

  

I wanted to keep the centerpieces simple and on the smaller side as I knew they would be competing with dishes, beverages and elbows for table space.  

  

PARISIAN SLUMBER FETE

What's better than games,food,fun and friends? Well being in your pajamas of course! You're never to old to have a SLUMBER PARTY and what better way to celebrate than PARISIAN style!

RETIREMENT LUNCHEON

We were commissioned to create a calm and of course pretty atmosphere in celebration of 27 years of service. We chose a palette of chocolate brown and a calming blue and decided that only fresh flowers would provide the  atmosphere for which we were commissioned.

The Hamilton - Clowers Wedding

Surrounded by friends and family Tiffany Hamilton and Larry Clowers were committed in union. The intimate ceremony took place in front of a charming wood burning fireplace. Tiffany and Larry embraced their southern heritage with the use of magnolias and even showcased a southern delicacy, shrimp and grits, during their cocktail hour.  This apple green, chocolate brown, and ivory nuptial was flanked with sentimental touches. The grooms love of comic books led to the creative use of table cards labeled with names of married comic book couples.

For this family oriented ceremony e used a two member team. The bride used a venue that provided their own vendors and outsourced e for wedding day and rehearsal coordination, e also provided wedding invitations and programs.

Groom Premium consisted of and old fashion wooden tool box filled with goodies and tied with a blue ribbon to honor the grooms favorite football team Auburn!


Brides Premium (not pictured) consisted of a canvas box adorned with the brides married initials and filled with goodies such as magazines, snacks and beverages!


Wrap up:
Amazing: The bride and groom were amazing to work with! No Bridezilla here… and that made all the difference!

Worry: By the ceremony being outside there was a constant fear of rain, however the clouds rolled right over the ceremony site and the wedding went off without a drizzle!

On a balmy Saturday afternoon, Skyler Lenoir and Alan Barnard exchanged vows in a simple outdoor ceremony performed by a family friend and high school choir director of the bride. The party then moved inside of the Victorian style home fittingly named The White House located in Westover, Alabama where guest gathered in the parlor to partake of exquisite heavy hors d’ o euvres prepared by The White House executive caterer and owner of the Chelsea Grill, Tim Wright.
