COCONUT CREAMED SPINACH
















INGREDIENTS: LIGHT OLIVE OIL .  GARLIC. SPINACH.   WHITE ONION.  COCONUT MILK. ONION POWDER.  GARLIC POWDER.  BLACK PEPPER. COCONUT MILK.




















SHRED:  Roughly chop a nine ounce bag of raw spinach.

HEATED:  Heat enough olive oil to  lightly coat the bottom of the pan.

MINCED:  Saute minced garlic
ADD IN:  Chopped White Onion
SAUTE:  Onion and Garlic until soft

SPINACH:  Add in spinach and sauté until wilted.
CREAMY:  Mix in coconut milk

SEASON:  With a dash of onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper to taste.


COCONUT CREAMED SPINACH 


Ingredients
Light Olive Oil
1 garlic clove minced
1 small white onion chopped
7 cups chopped spinach
4 tbsp coconut milk
Dash of onion powder
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of cracked black pepper


Tools
Skillet
Spatula

Directions
1. Roughly chop 7 cups of raw spinach
2. Turn skillet on medium/high heat and warm enough olive oil to coat the bottom of the skillet
3. Add in minced garlic and chopped onion. Sauté until soft. 
4. Add in chopped spinach and sauté until wilted.
5. Stir in coconut milk
6. Season to taste with garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper!
7. Enjoy

* For meal prep this recipe usually yields about 2-3 side size servings.
