*The Mountain White Bread that my local grocer sales is
usually over sized in length. To make it more manageable I cut each large
sandwich in half to create 2 sandwiches. You will have 4 sandwiches using this
technique.
2. In your dip bowl mix the eggs, milk, and ground cinnamon.
Add as much or as little ground cinnamon as you would like.
3. With your pan on medium heat melt the butter and distribute
it equally around the pan.
4. Dip each Nutella sandwich in the egg mixture. Be sure that
both sides of the sandwich are saturated with the egg mixture. Place in the hot
buttered pan. Be cautious to not over stuff your pan I can usually cook 4
sandwiches at a time.
5. Cook sandwiches evenly on each side until browned and egg
appears to be cooked.
I usually flip my sandwiches two to three times for even
browning.
Plate the sandwiches directly from the pan and dust with
confectioners sugar and top with your favorite syrup and enjoy!
