INGREDIENTS: CREAM CHEESE. PESTO. PIZZA SAUCE. GARLIC POWDER.ONION POWDER.OREGANO. PIZZA TOPPINGS. MOZZARELLA
ROOM TEMPERATURE: Mix pesto and herbs with room temperature cream cheese
SPREAD: An even layer of the herb cream cheese in the bottom of an oven safe dish
SAUCE: Evenly add pizza sauce on top of herb cream cheese
VEGGIES: Choose your favorite pizza toppings and slice and chop into bite size piecesTOPPINGS: For this batch I used bell peppers, onions, black olives and miniature pepperonis.
LAYER: Place all of your toppings on top of the pizza sauce
HEAP: Use a generous serving of shredded mozzarella cheese to top of the dip
SPRINKLE: Spread the cheese out evenly and sprinkle with your favorite herbs. Place in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minute. For the last 5 minutes turn on your broiler to brown the top of your dip.
Serve your dip with your favorite dipper. The Groove White Cheddar Cheez-it are my favorites!
LOADED PIZZA DIP
Ingredients
8 oz Cream Cheese
2 tbsp pesto
2 tbsp pesto
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp and a dash of oregano3 tbsp pizza sauce
Pizza toppings (bell pepper, onions, black olives, miniature pepperoni)
1 cup mozzarella
Directions
1. Mix cream cheese with pesto and herbs
2. Spread the herb cream cheese mixture evenly in the bottom of an oven safe dish.
3. Evenly spread pizza sauce on top of the herb cream cheese
4. Top the sauce with your favorite pizza toppings
5. Spread mozzarella on top of the toppings and sprinkle with oregano
7. Place dish in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn on the broiler to brown your dip!
