Ingredients
1 package of Milano Cookies
1 package of White Chocolate (Baker's Baking Chocolate
1 1/2 cups of Soft Peppermint Balls
Tools
Cooling Rack
Parchment Paper
1.In a food processor finely chop soft peppermint.
2. Line a cooling rack with parchment paper.
3. Melt White Chocolate according to package instructions.
4. Using a dragging motion, coat the tip of both sides of the cookie in white chocolate.
5. Press chocolate coated cookie firmly into crushed peppermint until well coated on both sides.
6. Place cookies on parchment to set.
7. Enjoy!
