This time of year they're known for their over the top Christmas Wish book but it's their Gourmet Food selections that keeps mouths watering!  This years offerings do not disappoint, as they showcase a bevy of Cajun inspired dishes from Red Beans and Rice to Cajun Fried Turkey. It was hard to narrow down the field but here are my picks for my Neiman Marcus Wish Dinner!
