Little Miss Chloe invited me to her exclusive 1st Birthday Carnival and of course I had to make her a special CARNIVAL BIRTHDAY HAT! 
A glimpse into our ever so busy workshop! ...
This amazingly festive hat was constructed on a cardboard base and detailed with carnival style striped cotton material. No carnival princess should be without the adequate amount of tulle and grosgrain ribbon! Topped with a bow and accented with a felt "1" this carnival hat wasn't clowning around!
