I recently had the opportunity to try what has to be one of my new favorite jams. Check out this super easy and sweet treat made with Norm's Elderberry Ginger Pecan Jam! Then head over to Norm's and check out all of their amazing Elderberry based products!
INGREDIENTS: BUTTER. COCONUT SUGAR. VANILLA BEAN PASTE. PRETZEL ROLL. COOKIE BUTTER. ELDERBERRY GINGER PECAN JAM
CUT: Hassleback the pretzel stick
MELT: 1 1/2 tbsp of butter
MIX: Add coconut sugar and vanilla bean paste to melted butter
DRIZZLE: Drizzle butter within each slice
SPREAD: Cookie butter and Elderberry Jam between each slice and place in oven on 350 degrees for 5 minutes to melt the cookie butter and toast the pretzel.
SERVE: Warm with vanilla ice cream and dab of jelly!

Ingredients
1 1/2 tbsp Butter melted
1/2 tsp Coconut Sugar
1/4 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
1 Soft Pretzel Stick
1/2 tsp Coconut Sugar
1/4 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
1 Soft Pretzel Stick
Elderberry Ginger Pecan Jam
Cookie Butter
Tools:
Parchment Paper
Cookie Sheet
Knife

Directions
1. Mix coconut sugar and vanilla bean paste into melted butter
2. Hassleback the pretzel stick by cutting 1/8 inch thick slices (be sure to stop short of cutting all the way through the loaf)
3. Place loaf on parchment lined cookie sheet and drizzle butter mixture between each slice
4. Spread cookie butter between each slice
5. Spread Ginger Pecan Jam between each slice
7. Place loaf in the oven on 350 degrees for 5 minutes
