INGREDIENTS: LIGHT OLIVE OIL . GARLIC. SPINACH. WHITE ONION. COCONUT MILK. ONION POWDER. GARLIC POWDER. BLACK PEPPER. COCONUT MILK.
MINCED: Saute minced garlic
SAUTE: Onion and Garlic until soft
SPINACH: Add in spinach and sauté until wilted.
CREAMY: Mix in coconut milk
SEASON: With a dash of onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper to taste.

Directions
1. Roughly chop 7 cups of raw spinach
2. Turn skillet on medium/high heat and warm enough olive oil to coat the bottom of the skillet
3. Add in minced garlic and chopped onion. Sauté until soft.
4. Add in chopped spinach and sauté until wilted.
5. Stir in coconut milk
6. Season to taste with garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper!
